A decade ago, the tools and strategies we employed were cutting-edge. In 2017, when our first site was born, SEO was starting to shift, with more focus on trusted brands and less on keywords. Web design was heavily grid-based with minimalistic UI. Digital experiences were somewhat predictable, and everyone was vying for the top spot on Google with more or less the same toolkit.

Fast forward to the present, and it’s an entirely different ball game. Web designs now prioritise user experience and are heavily influenced by AI and dynamic content adaptation. SEO isn’t just about keywords and link building anymore; it’s about topics, intent, user experience, and a myriad of other factors. Similarly, our agency has experienced its fair share of metamorphosis.

Like a tree shedding its leaves to make way for the new, we too have undergone a management transformation. This has been a golden opportunity for introspection, re-evaluating our mission, resetting our values and laying the foundation for our future.
