On Sunday 25th May, the iconic Riverside Stadium will host a game of football that’s about far more than just goals and glory. It’s Outrank vs Alt Labs in a head-to-head charity clash – and the winner will be Teesside Hospice, the incredible local organisation providing life-changing care to patients and families across the region.
This charity football day promises family fun, community spirit, and a chance to raise vital funds for a cause that truly matters.
Game On – With Purpose
Our friendly rivals (emphasis on friendly – we love them really) Alt Labs are lining up to face us in a 90-minute charity match, complete with a half-time penalty shootout featuring local mascots Roary and Ozzy, raffle draws, family activities, food, music and more.
But it’s not just about who wins on the pitch (though let’s be honest, we’re backing Team Outrank all the way) — it’s about making a difference.
Every ticket sold contributes directly to Teesside Hospice, supporting their essential services including end-of-life care, therapy, bereavement counselling, and specialist training.
Why It Matters
Here’s how your ticket — or donation — could help Teesside Hospice continue their incredible work:
- £10 – Could provide essential oils for a therapy session or a memory box for grieving families.
- £20 – Might fund a soothing therapy session or a comforting heat pad.
- £50 – Covers a bereavement counselling session for a grieving child or adult.
- £100 – Funds 4 hours of expert nursing care in the Inpatient Unit.
- £250 – Supports grieving children with Worry Monsters, books, and other comforting items.
- £500–£1,000 – Delivers specialist training for staff, or funds 40 hours of nursing care.
That’s the real scoreline that matters.
