Lucy joined Outrank in 2017 and has grown alongside the business, becoming a cornerstone of its development in SEO, marketing, and culture. As Head of Brand, Marketing & Culture, she now leads the company’s marketing strategy, ensuring the brand’s presence across digital channels aligns with our vision for growth. Her leadership in marketing not only supports new business but strengthens long-term client relationships through consistent, results-driven communication.

Lucy holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing from Leeds Beckett University and is CIM certified in Advanced Social Media. Her qualifications support a practical, people-focused approach to marketing, SEO, and internal communications.
Outside of work, Lucy is a busy mum to a little girl and spends much of her time juggling family life with trips to activities, events, and days out, including regular beach visits. She also heads up Outrank’s book club, The Outrank Sisterhood Reads, bringing the team together through a shared love of reading. At the weekend, Lucy enjoys spending time with friends, often over a drink or two, and making the most of her downtime.
