Jade brings over a decade of experience across CRM, digital marketing and customer engagement. Before joining Outrank, she held CRM leadership roles, where she progressed from Digital Marketing Executive through to CRM Manager.
Her experience spans email strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, campaign planning and audience segmentation, giving her a strong understanding of how brands communicate effectively with customers at scale.
Alongside her in-house experience, Jade also co-founded and directed The Petite Prosecco Company, adding practical entrepreneurial and commercial understanding to her marketing background.
