Fiona brings extensive experience across digital marketing and e-commerce, specialising in organic search while leading multi-channel strategies for both B2B and B2C clients on a global scale.
She has held senior roles across agencies and in-house environments, including Head of SEO and Head of SEO & Social, where she was responsible for growing departments, managing teams and delivering performance-led strategies. Her experience spans the full lifecycle of digital marketing, from strategy creation through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
At Outrank, Fiona applies this experience to align teams, improve processes and ensure all marketing activity contributes to wider business growth. Her ability to connect strategy with execution ensures performance remains consistent and scalable.
Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Enterprise from Teesside University, supporting a strong foundation in business, creativity and commercial awareness.
Her academic background, combined with extensive industry experience, underpins her ability to develop strategic, performance-led marketing systems.
Outside of work, Fiona enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as unwinding with a glass of wine and her cat. She also has a passion for interior design, often exploring creative projects in her downtime.
