Lucy is Outrank’s Head of Culture, leading the promotion of the Outrank brand while also looking after the culture and wellbeing of the team. With nearly a decade of experience in search engine marketing, she supports both client success and the people behind the work, helping Outrank grow in a way that feels positive, supportive, and sustainable.

Background & Experience

Lucy joined Outrank in 2017 and has grown with the business, taking on a key role across SEO, marketing, and culture. She heads up Outrank’s marketing, supporting the brand across digital channels and helping promote the company’s services, expertise, and products in a clear and consistent way.

Alongside marketing, Lucy leads on culture, health, and wellbeing. She works closely with the team and leadership to make sure people feel valued, supported, and connected. Her focus sits firmly on people first, building a strong team culture, and creating a healthy working environment where everyone can do their best work.

Lucy’s approach reflects Outrank’s YOU values in action. She puts people at the centre of everything, encourages a one-team mindset, and brings care and pride to the work she delivers. These values guide how she supports the team and how the Outrank brand shows up externally.

Before joining Outrank, Lucy worked in marketing roles within healthcare and technology, giving her a strong foundation in brand, communication, and digital marketing.

Qualifications

Lucy holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing from Leeds Beckett University and is CIM certified in Advanced Social Media. Her qualifications support a practical, people-focused approach to marketing, SEO, and internal communications.

A Bit More About Lucy

Outside of work, Lucy is a busy mum to a little girl and spends much of her time juggling family life with trips to activities, events, and days out, including regular beach visits. She also heads up Outrank’s book club, The Outrank Sisterhood Reads, bringing the team together through a shared love of reading. At the weekend, Lucy enjoys spending time with friends, often over a drink or two, and making the most of her downtime.

Driving Culture and Corporate Social Responsibility at Outrank

Lucy leads Outrank’s culture with a clear belief that performance and responsibility go hand in hand. She plays a key role in shaping our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, ensuring that wellbeing, community impact and ethical growth sit at the centre of how we operate.

From supporting local charities and regional initiatives to strengthening employee wellbeing programmes, Lucy helps turn our CSR commitments into daily actions. She works closely with leadership to make sure responsible business practices are not just statements on a page, but behaviours embedded across the agency.

Lucy believes sustainable growth starts with people. By investing in training, inclusion, flexible working and community partnerships, she ensures Outrank continues to build a culture that supports both our team and the region we operate in.
