Amy holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Marketing from Teesside University and received The Bains, Fill & Page Marketing Prize, awarded by Oxford University Press. Her academic foundation combines with over a decade of practical experience across B2B and B2C sectors.

Amy leads a structured customer success function, with clear processes for onboarding, communication, and ongoing account management. She ensures there is visibility across the client base, helping the business stay ahead of potential issues and maintain strong retention.
