Working closely with the CTO, Charles ensures strategy is translated into execution. He keeps the development team aligned, organised and focused, ensuring all projects contribute to performance, usability and long-term client value.
Charles brings a strong blend of development and design experience, giving him a practical understanding of how projects are built and delivered end to end. This allows him to manage both the technical detail and the broader delivery process effectively.
He has developed his experience in a fast-paced environment, where prioritisation, organisation and problem-solving are critical to maintaining output. His ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensures delivery remains consistent, even as demand increases.

Outside of work, Charles is a proud dad to his little girl and enjoys balancing family life with his interests outside of work. He’s into cars, bikes and making the most of his weekends, often catching up with friends over a few drinks.
