Hannah is Project Coordinator at Outrank, working as a full-time member of the development team. In her role, Hannah helps support the smooth running of development projects from onboarding through to completion. She works closely with department leads to help manage project timelines, client communication and internal coordination, making sure work moves forward in a clear, organised and efficient way.
Having already supported the development team with project onboardings, Hannah now takes a more prominent role across the full project journey. Her focus is on helping clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout the process, while also ensuring the right people and resources are aligned internally.
Hannah also plays an important role in supporting ad hoc development work and client support requests. Acting as a key point of triage, she helps ensure support queries are directed to the right team members, communication remains clear and client expectations are managed properly.
