Amy has built her career across both agency and in-house environments, holding senior roles focused on strategy, performance, and customer experience. She brings a well-rounded perspective that combines commercial awareness with hands-on delivery.
Before joining Outrank, Amy held senior positions at Adeo Group (The Outcome Agency) and Visualsoft. She led strategic marketing projects, managed diverse client portfolios, and worked closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
Earlier in her career, she worked in-house as a Marketing Manager and Website Marketing Manager, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance. She led internal teams, oversaw full-channel activity, and played a key role in scaling brands from start-up through to sustained growth.
Amy also contributed to a large-scale, government-funded digital transformation programme in the Tees Valley, supporting hundreds of businesses to improve their online performance and visibility.
