Hi, I’m Amy I’ve recently joined Outrank as the Customer Success Lead. I bring over 13 years of experience in the digital and marketing world, most of that at senior management level. I’ve worked both agency-side and in-house, leading marketing teams and delivering results for both B2B and B2C clients across a wide range of industries. My role here is to ensure client success, driving retention and growth through effective omni-channel strategies.

My passion lies in e-commerce and all things marketing, especially spotting opportunities to increase client revenue. I love combining website tools with strategic, multi-channel marketing to drive real impact and measurable results.

I’m a people person through and through, always ready to roll up my sleeves and support the team wherever I can!

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me out walking my two dogs, Honey and Buster who are my absolute world, or catching up with friends and family (ideally with a glass of fizz or cocktail in hand!).
