Lewis combines technical systems thinking with a creative background, bringing both structure and perspective to his work.
He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) in Fine and Studio Arts from Northumbria University (2009–2011). His academic foundation in creative practice supports his ability to approach complex problems with originality and clarity.
Lewis operates within a structured R&D environment, working alongside development, SEO, and leadership teams to explore new tools, technologies, and opportunities.
He focuses on areas such as data analysis, automation, and emerging trends, ensuring any innovation is aligned with business goals and can be implemented in a controlled, scalable way.
His work supports better decision-making across the business, providing clarity on what’s working and where improvements can be made.
Day to day, Lewis is involved in researching, testing, and developing new ideas that could improve performance, efficiency, or output. That could be anything from exploring AI tools and automation opportunities through to analysing large data sets for patterns and insights.
He works closely with different teams to understand challenges and identify where improvements can be made helping turn ideas into practical solutions.
His role is less about day-to-day delivery and more about shaping what comes next, ensuring the business continues to evolve and improve.
Lewis brings a curious, forward-thinking mindset into the team. He’s always looking at how things can be done better, faster, or more efficiently and isn’t afraid to test new ideas to get there.
