Francesca brings over 20 years of experience across digital agencies, with a focus on commercial performance, growth, and change. She has held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Commercial Director, where she led teams, managed complex operational challenges, and supported business expansion in fast-paced environments.
Since joining Outrank, she has helped strengthen the operational foundations behind the agency’s growth. From refining processes and improving team structure to supporting leadership and delivery, her focus is always on building systems that work now and scale for the future.
Her experience spans SEO, content, paid media, and SaaS, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how marketing performance connects with operational delivery and long-term business outcomes.
Francesca holds a legal background with qualifications from Newcastle University and Northumbria University, specialising in UK employment law. This adds a strong layer of governance, compliance, and risk awareness to her role, particularly valuable during periods of growth and transformation.
