Stephen began his career in marketing in 2002, running his own entertainment and promotions business. This early experience gave him a practical understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition and the realities of building a business from the ground up.

He founded Outrank with a clear mission: to provide SMEs with straightforward, results-driven marketing that delivers real commercial impact without unnecessary complexity.

Since then, he has scaled the business rapidly, building a client base of over 1,000 businesses across the UK. Under his leadership, Outrank has achieved consistent year-on-year growth and maintains a 96% client retention rate, reflecting both performance and client satisfaction.
