Gemma is part of our Customer Service team here at Outrank, supporting clients and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s usually the first point of contact if you call or email, always ready to help with a friendly approach and a can-do attitude.

Outside of work, Gemma is kept busy with her three young boys, taking them to plenty of after-school and sports clubs. When she does get some time to herself, she loves letting her hair down with friends and enjoying a few drinks.
