Helen’s career spans more than 25 years in sales leadership, built on resilience, adaptability and a genuine passion for people. After studying Travel and Tourism, she broadened her horizons by living and working in the USA and Australia. Those formative years shaped her confidence, independence and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

On returning to the UK, Helen joined Askalix, where she built a remarkable 22-year career. Through multiple acquisitions and periods of change, she progressed into senior leadership and ultimately Sales Director. She played a central role in driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams and building long-standing client relationships that supported the company’s expansion.

At Outrank, Helen brings that same experience, energy and strategic mindset. She leads the sales function with a clear focus on sustainable growth, team development and delivering real value for clients. She believes strong culture, clear accountability and honest communication create the foundations for long-term success, both for businesses and for the people within them.

A Bit More About Helen

Family sits at the centre of everything I do. I’m a proud mum to two amazing teenage daughters, which means life is busy, loud and full of personality. I love every minute of it. Balancing family life with a leadership role keeps me grounded and reminds me what really matters.

I love the outdoors and rarely say no to a new adventure. From hiking and wild swimming to paddleboarding, I embrace every outdoor trend that comes along. If there’s fresh air involved, I’m in. I also enjoy taking on challenges that raise money for charity, pushing myself while giving something back.

Travel remains a big part of my life. I enjoy exploring new places with family and friends, and I make sure to fit in at least one adults-only trip each year to recharge.

I live by the motto, “Do as you would be done by.” It shapes how I lead, how I build relationships and how I approach life. Treat people with honesty and respect, work hard, and enjoy the journey along the way.
