After months and months of hard work, it was finally time to introduce our new brand to the people within the agency in December. 

We’ve got huge plans for Outrank in the new year, so we hosted a presentation afternoon to show everyone our vision for the new brand, and discuss how we can exceed the work we’ve done so far for our clients, surpass any results we’ve produced for them and, of course, take them further in 2019. 

We want to ensure we create a positive and friendly culture in the new workplace, where everyone feels comfortable enough to contribute new ideas and express their opinion. So we think it’s important to get everyone involved, listen to what they have to say and do what we can to implement all the great ideas.

The presentation was a huge success and it was great to hear such good feedback from the team. Of course, no afternoon off work would be complete without free pizza & beer! So the whole company enjoyed dominos and a few bottles, before heading off to local cocktail bar, The Artizan, to carry on the celebrations and enjoy a few very instagrammable cocktails… 

The community spirit from espresso will continue through to Outrank, and that’s something we’re massively proud of. Being part of a team that cares for each other and attending regular social gatherings where we can build on our relationships even further.
